After all you are training hard, with good muscle building nutrition in your diet, yet your gains are still minimal. 5) Is your water intake high enough? You will limit your progress if you don’t get an adequate supply of water. In order to grow, your muscles need copious amounts of water. Take a bottle of water with you, leave it in the car and always sip on it.
